Or maybe you’re training for a marathon and want to do 9 x 10k+ training runs, and one marathon. We don’t mind either way. Just send us photographic evidence of all 10 and hit your minimum fundraising target of £100 and we will send you your Ten10K Challenge medal. (fitness tracker, ie Strava screen grabs accepted)

About DB4C
About Children’s Air Ambulance

A little about Children’s Air Ambulance – UK wide

The Children’s Air Ambulance is a national service, flying critically ill babies and children from one hospital to another for specialist care. They are the first and only dedicated neonatal and paediatric helicopter emergency transfer service in the country. The bespoke, specialist equipment on board our helicopter provides a flying intensive care unit for babies and children. When a child is too sick to fly, they fly a specialist team to them. With flight times commonly over four times quicker than transfer by road, in many cases, time saved is a life saved.

What happens if I get injured?

We hope it doesn’t but if it does, don’t forget we accept training runs too.
