How do I qualify for the Medal?

During a specified 12 month period of your choosing, you need to run and evidence TEN x 10K runs. Right now, as we are all impacted by Covid-19 these runs can be part of your daily exercise.

Hopefully very soon, we will have some medal runs back in the diary. Either way, evidence your run with a screen grab of Strava or other fitness apps.

Once you have hit your ten and hit your minimum fundraising target of £100 we will send you your unique 10TENK Challenge medal.

About DB4C
About Children’s Air Ambulance

A little about Children’s Air Ambulance – UK wide

The Children’s Air Ambulance is a national service, flying critically ill babies and children from one hospital to another for specialist care. They are the first and only dedicated neonatal and paediatric helicopter emergency transfer service in the country. The bespoke, specialist equipment on board our helicopter provides a flying intensive care unit for babies and children. When a child is too sick to fly, they fly a specialist team to them. With flight times commonly over four times quicker than transfer by road, in many cases, time saved is a life saved.

What happens if I get injured?

We hope it doesn’t but if it does, don’t forget we accept training runs too.
